Event Description:
There is no better way to practice Yoga than outside while on a dock over the water in the afternoon sunlight. Our dock yoga classes will exercise your body, mind, and soul simultaneously. During this one-hour class, our instructors will guide you through simple balance postures, gentle stretches, and core strengthening exercises that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Bring your own mat, water bottle, and towel! Mondays; 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Starting June 6th – October 3rd) $12/class Pre-registration by 4pm the previous business day required for all programs
