Even though it feels like summer is lingering on, we had our first hint of fall and couldn’t resist stopping by McQuade’s for a delicious and flaky apple turnover. We loved the layers of flaky dough and the sugary top. Inside the apples tasted like a sweet apple pie. It reminded us of the apple turnovers of our childhood and was oh so good.
