The Downtown Mystic Merchants and Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce present Floatchella 2021 a pop-up paddle-craft only rally on the Mystic River.
September, 18 1pm to 8pm (Rain Date September, 19)
Where: Alongside the West Side of the Mystic River, North of the Historic Bascule Bridge
Our first Floatchella event was a huge success with over 300 paddle craft in the water and scores of people watching on land. This COVID safe event allowed people to socialize while still enjoying the great outdoors and live music. The money raised from this event allowed both the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Mystic Merchants Association the flexibility to still put forth community events that benefitted the local business community.
