Zumba in the Park and Library
November 27, 2021 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Please join us for Zumba in Wilcox Park on Saturday mornings with Yvonne Brown and Tina Pagliusi!
Classes are FREE and will be held on the grassy area by the Memorial Fountain, weather permitting. When the weather isn’t desirable, the classes will be held on the third floor Terrace room of the Library. The friendly staff of the Library’s Circulation Department will be able to point participants in the right direction on those questionable days.
“Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Perfect for anybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party…A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.”
