Driving down Route 1 you might just miss Sunny Side Up. It is a small blue diner across the street from Walmart at Dunns Corner. Don’t let the size of this building fool you because inside it is packed with locals and tourists. You are likely to have to wait for a table, especially if you are trying to eat during prime brunch hours, but the wait is fairly quick. The servers are good at moving fast and getting you in and out in a timely manner. Now you can opt to sit at the counter at the front for immediate service, but be warned this is the same area as the waiting area so it can get loud and crowded. While you wait I highly recommend checking out their specials board. They currently have a breakfast wrap on there with bacon, sausage, eggs, and a ghost pepper jack cheese that will  light a fire in your mouth in the best way. You also can check out their baked goods, like muffins, cinnamon rolls, croissants, scones, etc,  at the counter. As for the normal menu for Sunny Side Up it is pretty straight to the point, you have the basics like eggs, waffles, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches/ wraps, and combo plates as well as a lunch menu. It is the perfect place to go for your traditional brunch cuisine as it has a little bit of everything. Be warned the portions are very generous! If you might think getting an entree, like a breakfast wrap with home fries, might not be enough so you need to get a full stack of pancakes, then be prepared to be in a food coma with a take out box full of left overs. Also the prices are very reasonable and hardly anything on the menu is over $12.So if your looking for a quick, and delicious brunch option then Sunny Side Up is the perfect place. It has that home cooked feel with great service. Even if you don’t want to sit and eat you can easily call in for a take out order.

Also check them out if you are in need of a custom cake. They recently just made a 4 foot long surfboard cake for the 20th Anniversary of Paddy’s Beach Club!
