We might go in for a quick coffee, but one glance down and it is hard to resist one of the giant cookies displayed in the glass case at Wakin’ Up Waggin’ located within The Savoy Bookshop. On my own I might display more willpower, but when my kids are with me I know we are walking away with two cookies which we all enjoy usually by the time we leave the shop. On our latest trip we left with one of the peanut butter cup cookies. We loved the generous chunks of peanut butter cup candy carefully placed on the top. The cookie was that perfect version of a little crunch on the outside and soft inside. Wakin’ Up Waggin’ also offers muffins, scones and biscotti along with bagels and of course, coffee. Next time your sweet tooth gets the best of you give them a try!
