Located at 59 Tom Harvey Road, Hauser Chocolatier is a bit off the beaten path. Once you find them, you will be glad you did. Their chocolate shop is bright and welcoming. The smell of the delicious chocolate surrounds you as you walk in. Most impressive is the large case of truffles with flavors such as blueberry port wine, white butter, burning passion and the three I left with- cranberry, peanut butter & jelly and chili lime. While I was there I noticed the beautiful gift boxes which can be filled with your choice of truffles and couldn’t help but think what great little graduation or end of year school gifts they would make. The firm shell of the truffle contrasted perfectly with the rich, creamy middles. For me, it was the attention to detail on the tops of the truffles that caught my attention. Delicately sprinkled with hints of what was inside, these bite sized treats will make you want more than one! Next time you are looking for a sweet treat give Hauser Chocolates a try.
