Today we stopped in at Misquamicut Sandwich Company for our lunch to go. Tucked away on Shore Road in Westerly, MSC offers sandwiches and breakfast. MSC has a gorgeous menu which sources local products as much as possible.
My son ordered the peanut butter with Pelloni Farm jam. As PB & J connoisseurs, we will both be glad to attest to the incredible flavor in this PB & J. The BLT served on toasted wheat bread with applewood-smoked bacon was amazing. My daughter got the chicken noodle soup and immediately said “this is the best soup I’ve ever had.”
Because we were taking it to go, we opted for travel friendly sandwiches. If you have the time to eat in, MSC also offers some incredible pressed sandwiches and three grilled cheese sandwiches that sound out of this world. Brie and bacon grilled cheese with Peolloni Farm pear vanilla jam for dipping, anyone?! There is no doubt that is my next choice! Friendly service, lovely seating area and well sourced ingredients make MSC a great stop.
