As part of our Hitting the Pavement series, Westerly Food is stopping in at local restaurants to report back on take out in town. Today we were at Kelley’s Deli. Kelley’s Deli offers an extensive menu of breakfasts, lunches and specials. We ordered the Ninigret sandwich consisting of turkey, ham, swiss, avocado and Thousand Island dressing on marble bread. Maybe it was the dressing or maybe it was the rye flavor in the marble bread- this sandwich was fantastic. City quality deli fare right here in Westerly. We’d also like to point out that service was quick, extremely friendly and the food was packed to travel well. If you are looking for a quick lunch stop check them out!
