On New Year’s Eve we were out and about and decided to stop in at Pick Pockets to grab some lunch. Having never been before, all we knew going in was that they have an extensive menu with really good wraps. We were greeted by a very friendly employee and a deli counter filled with colorful vegetables and salads. We ordered The Works which is a wrap filled with falafel, hummus, tabouleh, lettuce, tomato and tahina. Within minutes it was in our hands and we were ready to go. Our first thought was that this is a great alternative to fast food places that we would normally stop at if we were in a bit of a rush. Our second thought was what took us so long to stop in?! At home we soon realized that this wrap was big enough to feed two adults easily. The Mediterranean flavors were so fresh and the falafel was excellent. The wrap was a bit messy but well worth it! We can’t wait to head back and try out some of their other creations.
