If you love healthy food with a casual vibe you need to stop in to High Tide Juice Co. located at 55 Beach Street in Merchants Square. They offer juices, smoothies, sandwiches, salads, kombucha and nitro cold brew coffee from the Nitro Cart. We love their juices and the sandwiches are full of amazing flavor…especially the pineapple melt, which is my personal favorite. Today we tried the High Tide Smoothie Bowl. The smoothie was full of berries, bananas and coconut water. It was topped with granola, coconut and fresh fruit and was full of flavor, texture and total yumminess. The best news for those of you on the go? It travels very well and held up for the ten minutes it took me to get home. It also acted as a combination breakfast and lunch and was very filling without making me feel any guilt about my lunch on the go choice. Stop in the next time you are craving some healthiness. You won’t be disappointed!
